Shipping Information
We ship bare-root iris across the United States. Here's everything you need to know about how your plants get from our farm to your garden.
$12 First Iris
$1 each additional. Shipping caps at $62 — after that, every extra iris ships free.
Ships August–Fall
We begin digging in mid-July. Shipments start early August, weather permitting.
Bare Root, Fresh Dug
Every iris ships bare-root with foliage and roots intact, packaged to arrive ready to plant.
US Shipping Only
We deliver exclusively within the United States. Tracking included with every order.
How We Ship
Your iris travel as bare-root plants with foliage and healthy roots intact. Each rhizome is carefully wrapped and packaged to stay protected in transit. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships.
Important: Open your package within 2 days of delivery. These are live plants and they're ready to go in the ground when they arrive.

After $62, every additional iris in that order ships free.
Combining Orders
Placed multiple orders? Email us before June with your order numbers and we can combine them into one shipment and refund the extra shipping. Email Bonnie@PetalsWings.com.
Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment, but a 10% cancellation fee applies — we're a small seasonal operation and once your iris are set aside, we can't always re-sell them in time.
