Order Policies

Returns & Cancellations

We stand behind every iris we ship. Here's what to know about cancellations, inspections, and what to do if something isn't right.

Open Within 2 Days

Inspect your plants within 2 days of delivery. They're live plants and need prompt attention.

Report Within 3 Days

If anything looks wrong, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. After that, we may not be able to help.

No Returns on Live Plants

Due to the nature of live plants, we can't accept returns. Exceptions for wrong items or shipping damage.

Inspection & Reporting

Open and inspect your order within 2 days of delivery. Live plants need prompt attention — unopened packages risk mold or dehydration.

If you notice a problem, contact us within 3 days with photos and your original packaging. We evaluate every claim individually and will make it right.

Refunds & Replacements

We don't accept returns on live plants. However we will issue a refund or replacement if:

  • We shipped the wrong variety
  • Plants were damaged during shipping

Photos and original packaging may be needed to process your claim.

Cancellations

You can cancel before shipment, but a 10% cancellation fee applies. We're a small, seasonal operation — when you order, we set aside specific rhizomes for you. A late cancellation means we may not be able to sell them before the shipping window closes.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Issues

Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, responsibility for prompt inspection falls to you. Issues caused by carrier delays, weather, or packages left unattended are outside our control — but reach out and we'll do our best to help.
