Stand out orange tones with purple veining and pronounced spicy fragrance. Flowers are spanish orange blended darker at edges on top. Falls are buff orange blended nasturtium orange around edges, prominent red-purple veins and streaks, beards are scarlet. Grows to 35" and blooms mid season.
A Note from Bonnie Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.BONUS rhizomes are always included at an average rate of 1 for every 5 purchased...my choice.
