This beauty has bouncy ruffles and will extend your growing season! Depending on the lighting you can see blue or purple undertones but it's one of the darkest black iris I have ever seen. Grows to 39" tall, Mid to late season bloom. ris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached.BONUS rhizomes are always included at an average rate of 1 for every 5 purchased...my choice.
