This is a presale Shipping will be mid to late July. GAME CHANGER - Tall Bearded Iris Ruffled and flared bicolor, with tan apricot standards lightly flushed red orchid on midrib. Falls basically are lightly smoked strong red violet, but on closer inspection you can discern subtle tan shadings. Beards are rusty red orange. Well-branched stalks with seven or eight buds. Grows to 34" and blooms mid season.
A Note from Bonnie Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio. All Iris are grown on my farm and shipped from my home, bareroot with foliage and roots attached. BONUS rhizomes are always included at an average rate of 1 for every 5 purchased...my choice.
