Another fiery red plicata from Mr. Plicata. The standards are almost solid red helping to increase the allure of the falls with their bright lemon yellow centers. Beards are white to violet. Hot Plic! Grows to 33" and blooms mid season.
A Note from Bonnie Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio.
