Dark purple ruffled standards with stains black falls that are ruffled and fluted. Purple beards tipped orange. Mild sweet fragrance. Grows to 38" inches tall and blooms mid season.
A Note from Bonnie Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio.
