This is a presale. Shipping will be mid to late July. Commanding Presence - Tall Bearded Iris Emphasis here is on clump effect as well as classic flower form. Light lavender blue standard’s color is repeated in a band around mid-dark lavender blue blended falls. Pleasing mid orange beards add a bright touch to ‘Commanding Presence’. Its shorter stature is excellent for areas plagued by strong winds. Show stalks have 3 branches and 9-11 buds. Grows to 31" inches tall and blooms early to mid season.

Iris rhizomes are best divided and transplanted after the plants finish blooming and have enough time to store nutrition in their roots. July through September is the best time to dig them up in Ohio.
